Capitec ******** *******!

Capitec is the most ************* theft bank o in this country! Someone managed to draw a cash send from my account without a Ref and without a pin, when I realized what happened i immediately went to the nearest bank to report it and try to sort ot out, the lady at the bank said shs can see where the money was withdrawn and send everything to her head department for investigation, she said they will call me within 7 days to dispute the money back to me. It is now been 14 days without any feedback, and R1000 is a lot of money and my kids depended on that money! When I semd capitec a email they told me a lot of ******* and they are unprofessional amd they havd no idea how they need to do their job! I will be moving to Standard bank im done with capitec and their inside job ****s!
