Capitec ******* bank

Airtime *****: Capitec is one of the biggest ******** amongst S.A Banks, they rob their customers and think they'll get away with it, on the 14 of May 2021 I purchased Airtime using Capitec & it did not go thru, went to the branch & I was promised resolve the matter within 24hours, I've been doing follow up till today & they telling me they can't refund my money yet MTN has confirm with email stating they did not receive funds from Capitec & that the reason y my airtime was not credited, I spoke to Moredan 3 Call centre agents they still denying to pay my money, it's clear part of their turnover is ****med from clients but m not backing down I'll get my money one way or another
