Capitec ****med me :'-(

On 8 August I was ****med by 2 people right in front of Capitec Branch in Durbanville at the ATM's. There are cameras right there. They distracted me and took my card and ran off, straight after it happened they went to FNB bank in Durbanville and drew all the money from my savings account!!! They took everything!! I contacted the bank the next day and opened a case by the police. When I went to Capitec with my case number the clerk told me that they cant give me the money back as they are not security guards just a bank. I cant believe this? Yesterday the guy from Capitec phoned me and said they wont give me back my money as they used a pin to draw the money.

Is this how you treat your customers? Should me and everyone who dont want to get ****med at your atm's look for a different SERVICE provider that will actually care and protect our life savings?
