Capitec ****ed me

Hi I'm Themba Mabena. I've lost R19600 in the hands of Capitec bank. My hard earned money I went to report at capitec I was told that my money was transferred to African Bank but they managed to freeze the money....to my disappointment after all my efforts of opening a case and getting an affidavit capitec informed me that I won't get paid back....my question is how do my whole pay go missing under their watch and they say the's nothing they can do about it. Now I'm stuck with bills that I owe my kids can't go to school because I didn't pay school fees...Capitec is this how you treat your clients. I'm greatly disappointed and I'll make sure that you get exposed.
