Capitec ****

On the 15 th of September was the final debit order on my loan.However since then I have been getting a message that read "Your balance it R0,01 on loan acc no needs to settled call ********** to arrange settlement" the other says "We received your partially repayment so your capitec credit insurance is unpaid .R0,01 payable info ********** .This is annoying to the max it was a debit order you are responsible to take that 1 cent so why didn't you or is this step 1 -of a **** where you are hoping I think this is nonsense ignore it then 6 months later the amount is in the thousands come on Capitec you can do better than this solve this I don't want to be dealing with this I was so glad to be rid of you .Do better..
