Capitec ****
Back in 2018 I was ****med by a capitec consultant, when reported the matter I was asked to provide necessary documentation and I did, was then told the matter will be investigated within 7working days. Till today no one called me, when I recently went to check everything up to my surprise no records appear on the system, they now want the same documents which I no longer have. While my money is still in the account.
