Capitec says there is nothing they can do if money paid into a closed capitec bank 😭😭😭

I sent money to a capitec account when she tried to withdraw it did not allow we went to capitec Bank and she was told her account has been discontinued and the money will bounce back after 7 to 10 working days but still nothing yesterday we went back and they said there is nothing they can do because the account is closed so what happens now since the money was sent money cant just disappear into thin air is a lot of money to just disappear..... You can't tell me there is nothing you can do😭😭
