CAPITEC SAvings account OVERDRAFT... Since when???? I lost money now

Capitec is the best bank so far but I have just experienced something.

I last used my card 6 days ago so I had an idea of how much I have in my account. now someone asked to recieve money in my bank( get sent to my account from someone). The person sent R500 to my Capitec account when the notification came through my phone via sms it showed that after the 500 received my avail balance is R214... I did not understand so I downloaded the app fast and emailed my statement to myself to see... I found on my statement that I had an OVERDRAFT... My first question was HOW? since when does Capitec Savings account have an overdraft????? now I have to pay back money and the money that I last know I had was not mine... this is sooo upsetting
