Capitec Savings Account on Overdraft

Hi capitec, before i state my case, i would like to find out if your savings accounts has an overdraft option, because from what i remember it doesnt.

ok. so i have -8k in my savings account which was approved by you guys without my concern, alot of debit orders have been coming in and costing me money, i went to the branch to enquire and the lady told me that savings accounst dont have an overdraft and the reason for my account being on the negative was caused by a system glitch.

so please try investigate, i want to close the account but im scared of the -8k on my account my give me a bad name, so please advise on this matter, as i have been a happy costumer for years and dont understand how this was possible under your watch and im starting to feel otherwise.
