Capitec savings account disappeared with funds and still isnt back and no update

I don't know how many months it's been since I have been complaining about my savings account that disappeared from my capitec with funds. Been told you are investigating but for so many months and nothing is being concluded. You don't even respond to my emails on my enquiries. This is not okay and it turns out I'm not the only one with the same issue. I need my account with my money back
