Capitec saving NOT safe at all

<p>I have a Capitec savings account, few weeks ago money was transferred from my account using the *120*3279# without my knowledge. Someone managed to do a sim swap and managed to just get into my cellphone banking. I feel Capitec disclosed of my personal information hence all this has happened.</p> <p>I went to Capitec Vaal Mall branch to notify them of this and the matter was then investigated, few weeks later I was told that a pin was used to transfer the money. A card was swiped at some retail stores ,which surely was not the card issued to me, but still it's my fault. I could not believe how easy it is that someone can access a Capitec's system. If this is not fixed I'm never banking with Capitec</p>
