Capitec *****s your money

Capitec is the worst bank you get when it comes to releasing your own money. I have been with this bank from 2009 and I am extremely disappointed. My tax free savings account matured on 25 March 2025. I call the number on my app for assistance. It said I need to go into the bank. I went in the bank on that Tuesday to get my money transferred to a savings account. I was told to wait 48 hours. It is pass 48 hours that ended Thursday. It is now Friday and still my money is not transferred. I have called the call center and no help regarding this issue. I have things to pay and I was depending on that money. I am absolutely disgusted with Capitec.
