Capitec 's PTA branch is useless

last week Thursday I used capitec ATM on Pretorius str in Tshwane and the machine went offline while it was counting my money and i went inside the bank and reported this to one of their consultant whom promised me the money will be in my account after 4 hour and later the same day I received messages saying they can't trace any money from my account and I then had to drive back to the same branch, the manager promised she will sort it out I must expect a call from her and before Saturday I will definitely receive my money and it never happened and today its Monday I went again after 13:00 and when I arrived at the branch it the only time she went to check her emails and trying to make phone calls to her head office? she Capt me there for almost an hour and my kids are now hungry because of this useless bank mxm I will close it down soon if I don't get my money period
