Capitec's Intellectual capital?

I had heard good things about Capitec, so I decided to open an account. I went to the branch, and was advised they need a copy ID , and an account verifying my residential address.<br> <br> Next day, I return, docs in hand. The staff member advised me that they needed originals. (An original of my ID?) I advised said staff member that I recieved all my accounts via e mail, general in the form of a PDF attachment, and the bill I had given her was a print of said PDF doc. <br> <br> A look of irritated consternation flashed across her face.
