capitec *****s from the unemployed

Capitec bank is far worse than other banks i honestly thought i found a bank i could trust but i was wrong, i was retrenched last year and i thought i had credit insurance from capitec bank which they still claim i have as its something i pay for as part of my bank charges. However every month at the end of the moth capitec debits money from my account which is supposed to be covered by "guard risk" then they tell you to email *** for a refund which i do every time they take money from my account but even after calling in and having the matter escalated i have waited 3 months and longer to get my money back which is not fair especially to a person not working who they charge a fee for insurance. Having no employment its hard to make the money you need for monthly expenses and for a massive institution like this to just take your money with no regard to you following their processes its extremely disappointing, i have recommended capictec to many friends and family who bow bank with them because ideas impressed with their banking system but now i have lost all faith. We live in a county where loosing your job is a possibility for many people and if this is how they treat their clients you really want to think twice about banking with them.
