Capitec's employees are de*****ing our accounts

I spoke to one of capitec's consultants regarding an outsanding amount on my loan. I specifically informed her that I would pay off the R1800.22 via cash and it shouldn't be debited from my account. But to my surprise it got debited. when I called their customer care to raise this with them I got sent from pillar to post and when I finally got through to the right consultant, who was very helpful by the way tebogo matsokotsa, well I guess I have to withdraw that until the money is paid into my account. I informed him I'd like to speak to his managers to raise this as a ***** case who I assume refused to take my call because he said he'd call her and after 10 mins of waiting I think he then said no supervisor was in today. I can't blame him, because she clearly refused to take my call and her name is Nolufefe Thabane according to Tebogo. I am not happy that R1800 was taken from my account which is firstly more than what I owed them and secondly, taken from my account without my consent. I am dissapointed again with capitec and the type of employees that have to deal with their customers.

Very frusted customer.
