CAPITEC - Ruins Credit Score

Capitec Bank I have been with capitec more than 10 years, I'm very disappointed in the last year of my with the Entry Level service I received. I have taken loans in the past and never defaulted, My current loan I had taken was for 55months and now have 17months more to pay that will end in August 2022.

During covid they offered me covid Relief and said they would give me break and not deduct my loan for about 3months but not mentioning that it will affect your credit score. The second issue I had changed my Work information. I made it my duty to take time off go to the bank change my debit dates to change from the 25 To 31 the last day of the month. From the time I changed my debit dates some of debit orders have been going off besides the capitec loan and my credit card,I keep receiving messages My account needs to be paid and the phone calls were endless. I received numerous calls telling me I'm due and I have not paid.I had to explain each time debt orders dates have changed and check the system please call the pietermaritzburg branch and confirm. They use to keep apologizing for the inconvenience to an extent that one of the calls I expressed my frustrations( calls are recorded). I went to the bank again to check my debt dates again they said they don't know why its reflecting still as the 25. They changed it to the 30. I still received calls and messages that I missed payments and had to explain myself untill I received a call from a consultant and changed it on her side. Nevertheless the calls ended but its been over a year and because of Capitecs mistakes and Entry level service and couldn't change a simple debit date this has had a bad effect on my credit score and if I missed 6months of payment I would of been handed over,if my records had to be checked over the years, I have never defaulted or went to debt review. I Have always maintained my loan with capitec. I'm so Angry and Upset Capitecs mistakes is costing my life and putting my life on hold.

Capitecs definitely does not stand for simpler better and faster.. I would like to take this matter further legally

I can not even apply for a home loan because of Capitecs mistakes.
