Capitec ruining and punishing 020responsible lenders

Actually a zero star rating! Disgusted in Capitec. My son is 19 and permanently employed. He has NO credit anywhere! He approached Capitec Bank on Saturday for a personal loan to buy a small second hand car. Never mind that we had to wait ages for service. He then is called to a consultant, produces all his necessary documents and is declined finance because he has no credit rating. He is told to go make clothing accounts and cell phone contract debt in order to be assisted. Now I ask you Capitec Bank if you who receive his salary every month don't trust him with credit then who the hell will. You receive his salary every month and you should be building a credit rating for him not advising him to go out and get himself into debt to be able to do responsible lending with your institution. We raise our kids to be responsible with finances and you telling him to go and make debt to be able to actually make more debt. He is 19 and you are setting him up for future financial ruin because you can help him to buy a car to get to work and back. I am annoyed and disgusted and will expect this issue to be resolved for him!!!!
