Capitec Rocks!!

I'm reading all the bad comments and cannot agree with any of them, ever since I have been with Capitec I really cannot think why I did not open an account sooner! With them experiencing issues today and sending an SMS just made me realize how happy customer I am of Capitec - I haven't seen such communication from any other banks - like they just don't care! Thank you Capitec, for making me believe in a bank again! Thank you for informing us as customers that you are having issues and working on it! This is what I call excellent customer service! The day I opened my account was just as wonderful, the lady who helped me way back when was awesome!
