capitec robing its customers

in may i deposited R48250 into a bank account and as soon as i found out it was a scheme i called capitec to block payment i was than advised that it was blocked and that i needed an affidavate and a case number to recieve my money back months later something finally starts happening at the bank and when i go in im told they can only give me R1300 back how the hell is that possible when the money was frozen before the guy could withdraw it
