Capitec Robertson in the western cape dont listen to their clients at all

Capitec Robertson have no ears they hear but they dont listen. Every month i tell them not to deduct my capitec life/funeral cover policy on the 4th but on the 15th of each month. But every month they deduct it before the 15th for example on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. I keep telling them on the 15th my salary is on the 15th!!!!! I want a cancelation on my policy i dont want it at all anymore as capitec have no ears to listen!!!! Please cancel this debit order completely ! Seems like i have to go to another bank that listens to people!!!!!!
