Capitec ****** me my money

I sent myself cash send with the capitec app, when I went to withdraw the money I couldn't. I then went to Capitec to speak to a consultant they told me the withdrawal was made in Cape town but I stay in Johannesburg. I have been calling and given reference numbers but nothing has been done for me to get back my money. Ref no: ***5, Ref no: ***3
