Capitec ****** me....??

I'm so tired of Capitec,on the 23rd march 2021 I went to Capitec to change paydate on my loan from 23rd to 25th....and that lead to a nightmare in my life as they changed my loan repayment from 84 months to 90 months which was done without my agreement I queried that for almost 6 month's without any success their so called useless call center agents tell me that they increased my insurance due to covid19 which I was never told of before meaning my I will be ****** R20000 by Capitec people that are useless...I really need help or legal opinion on that as I can't watch them robbing us while we needed help .so tired of Capitec cause they claim to help poor people while keep robbing them.....
