Capitec ripping people off
Capitec bank accumulated a loan balance of R0.50 to close to R4k in a matter of 5 months. My concerns on how the balance accumulated fell on the deaf ears of the branch consultants and call centre agents. The bank has called itself and game changer and industry shaker within the banking industry however this just shows how they blatantly rip people off and show no remorse
