Capitec Ripoff
I had a loan with Capitec Bank, I was in arrears and I managed to pay the full outstanding balance as given by them. Capitec now says that I owe them money, even though I have a paid up Letter. Can someone please explain this to me as this is totally unacceptable. I have spoken to Robyn Lee Thielman and her response is very vague.
