Capitec ridiculous interest rate

I sent Capitec clientCare an email 5 days ago and they still have not responded. I received a loan but never received the contract on that day. A week later got the contract, saw the interest rate and was infuriated as my credit score is above average. I want to dispute the rate and need to know what algorithm do they use as It is not accurate
