Capitec Richards Bay Town Square
I would like to complain about the Capitec Branch in Richards Bay at Town Square . I have been to the branch 6 times to open an account with no avail. Every time I go they have a problem with the letter that I provide from our local municipality regarding our proof of address. Please could someone assist, if not I will be closing my account with them and go somewhere else if I am going to get this ongoing *********** service from the branch.
