Capitec reversal of eft funds

Hi

I have logged an incident number ***6 with Capitec on 31/01/2020 for a **** transaction after calling the ***** centre to stop the Account where the money was transferred to.I have the section 205 court order at Soshanguve Plaza branch for reversal of funds.I have been making a follow up of the case the whole of February and have not received any feedback.I have called the complaints department on 3/3/2020 and they have told me that the case is closed without disclosing what the resolution is.Can someone please contact me regarding the issue to explain so that I know what further steps I need to take.My number is ***
