capitec reversal

i am so disappointed by Capitec which cannot reverse anything, i paid uj R6000 on the 01/02/2024 and my child was rejected, i went to the branch protea gardens to ask for them to assist my child cannot register as the money is held by uj , the lady asked for proof i sent but she failed , so if banking with them because uj is a Capitec registered client , i am even struggling with uj to refund my money while people who are supposed to take care of my finance are failing to do simple thing , they have agreement with uj i don't have any , i need my money , cellphone ***.
