Capitec Retrenchment Policy

I have a loan and now I am retrenched. I reported it and Have submitted all documents needed. They confirmed that they have received it and the policy will pay on the 1st of December. But from now till December I am expected to make payments for the arranged installment and they can not freeze the account or interests until thepolicy pay.my problem is iI have np income at the moment and they are not understanding they expect me to pay and when they have received documents and they have put the date for payment but they can't freeze the account. Please help.
