Capitec retrenchment cover is a ****!!!!PLEASE READ

<p>Hi,I have taken out a 12month loan by capitec last year.Unfortunately this year April I was retrenched , I still had two instalments left on my loan which is May and June.Capitec had retrenchment cover which made me at ease thinking that I was covered for the last two months.However I was sadly and deeply mistaken. The beginning of May I went to the Capitec branch in Bellville and give in all my forms for retrenchment.They told me that everything would be covered and there’s nothing further I had to do. A few weeks later Capitec debited from bank account. I then went to the bank and they said there’s nothing they can do to get my money back and they are not going refund it to me.THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE AS I WAS NOT LIABLE TO PAY FOR MAY AS IT WAS COVERED BY RETRENCHMENT COVER.IF IT IS WAS NOT GOING TO BE COVERED THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS IN BANK OR CALL ME.THIS JUST SHOWS HOW CAPITEC PRAYS ON THE WEAK AND HOW THEY GIVE PEOPLE SECOND BLOW BY TAKING THEIR LAST MONEY.I ALREADY HAVE TO DEAL WITH UNEMPLOYMENT AND NOW CAPITEC SO CALLED TRUSTED AND PROFESSIONAL BANK DOES ****S ME OF OUT MY LAST .</p>
