Capitec Resolved my Challenge.

Had a problem with deposit not reflecting at all.

Called capitec,at first it was difficult for them because it was Saturday and their technicians operates from Mon to Fri. It was frustrating at first but eventually the manager was able to explain their procedures which we client fails to understand because of frustrations ect,... Capitec was able to resolve my problem with respect even when I gave them hard time at some point, they still helped me out..... I think it is best for Capitec to have standby people at each and every branch to help people like in future so they dont get too frustrated.... Thank you Capitec #TembisaBranch
