Capitec rental finance Pty ltd - customer service non existent

Capitec rental finance Pty ltd - Must admit this has been the worst company we have ever dealt re rental finance. We have been trying since Nov 2024 just to get a settlement letter from them but to date no luck. When you call the number on the Capitec statement *** and chose the option for accounts and settlement letters , no one ever answers this phone and you are just put on hold. As writing this I have been on hold for 41 minutes. And don't waste your time sending emails, they do not respond. Terrible company to deal with :(

1 hour 6 min... no more music but still on hold :( So this has now been our 7th attempt since Nov 2024 to get a settlement letter. But no joy yet again.
