Capitec Rental Finance in Durban (Umhlanga Ridge) no longer exists.

About 5 years ago I took a Capitec Rental Finance for a camera system for my lodge. According to my knowledge this contract should have come to an end at the end of February 2025. Unfortunately the company I bought the system through closed and thus I do not have a copy of the contract. I do however have an invoice from Capitec Rental Finance and there is a Durban number on it which I tried to call and held on for +- 30 minutes with only a message running saying hold on....I have now twice informed my bank to write back the stop order which they did but every time Capitec just puts through the amount again (I was hoping they would contact me). I have tried to call various other Capitec banks but they can not help me. I'm hoping that by using this platform they will get in touch with me so I can find out what is going on.
