Capitec rental finance division a **** - *****ulent debit orders!!!

Capitec have a subsidiary company called Capitec Rental Finance (Pty) Ltd. (never, ever heard of them) and who *****ulently took R1525, 43 from my Nedbank business account. They also sent me an "invoice" for rental equipment which is absolute nonsense. The "invoice" address given is in Durban but, based on research, this company has its Head Office in Stellenbosch. I have spoken to 9 Capitec "customer service agents", the last one being a chap Cosmos but the service is absolutely appalling, they did not show any concern that there is somebody out there helping themselves to people's money and worst of all, they should not even bother having a ***** division as they have no idea what they are doing. I was about to open a Capitec business account but this has changed my mind for sure!
