Capitec release my refund my baby is hungry

An urgent kept me on the chat for almost an hour for a refund only to tell me I have to wait 15 day's. I made a purchase on Checkers 60 my baby formula I selected capitec card to pay and cancel the transaction instead of a Edgar's voucher. I selected the bank for a refund I got confirmation to contact capitec for refund;I had to contact capitec today because I need that money to buy baby formula as Checkers didn't have it I am now stuck because capitec want me to wait 15 day's yet I have confirmation from Checkers yo refund my money I feel like it a curse using capitec for online purchase as I am experiencing ths for 2nd time 1st time was a uber refund that took over 3 weeks while the message told me abt 7 working days.

Can capitec refund my money my baby needs milk n I don't have money
