Capitec release my money

This is my 3rd time complaining about same thing with same branch but nothing is being done,,, few months I wrote about capitec Malamulele branch prolonging the release of my RAF money they give me dates of release but when the day come nothing is happening I'm told the money is reversed, I'm homeless, I have medical condition that I got from the accident none of my plea doesn't even shake them as matter of emergency all they tell me is still to send me from piller to post,, I am tired can hello Peter help with an ombudsman or any institute that can help release my RAF money from capitec Malamulele branch my name is Goodwill rikhotso I bank with capitec I'm tired of this treatment I need my money
