Capitec registered debit orders

I am slowly but surely getting fed up with Capitec. My salary is the 25th of each month. Yet if money is paid into my account they start deduting debit orders!!!!!!!!! What part of the 25th don't they understand????????? If this is going to continue, I will be thinking of paying my salary into another bank account!
