Capitec registered debit orders

This is now not the first time this has happened to me. Capitec registered debit orders are deducted whenever monies are paid into your account. This has happened to me on numerous occasions if my travel allowances are paid into my account, if I have Capitec registered debit orders, it is deducted from my account. Now I have to go to the bank and have them reversed. The other day I made sure I had sufficient funds to pay my Telekom bill, Capitec deducted the amount from my account. Today I had money in my account, I have loans but my salary is not paid in yet and the debit orders were deducted from my account. The consultant assisting me was not very helpful, at times even rude. Surely it is my money and I always pay my dues, she made me feel like I am stupid and when contacting the reversal department she came across as it was not possible to perform the reversal yet in the next breath telling me it will be reversed. This is really my worst experience yet at Capitec and I am quite disappointed with the treatment and service I received.
