Capitec refusing to remove a stop to my account with them

This bank is really not caring about me. This if officially 31 days after submitting a multiple court orders for them to remove a stop to my account and they really don't care. Multiple calls and emails have already been made with them and they do not care. I give up. I think its time i let go because i think i am really done spending money and my time on this. Can someone please help as they are event ignoring a communication from court
