Capitec refusing to payout on death claim
Can someone help us. Capitec again, refusing to pay for a death policy. A consultant decided to take advantage of an illiterate client and made her open a new policy instead of paying towards existing policy just for her commission. Now we're at Capitec with no help!

The family is now struggling with funeral arrangements for tomorrow morning and now you talk about your turnaround business day. Always a black child going through this pain.
