Capitec refusing to pay back premiums

I have been banking with capitec for more than 20 years, In October 2024 my account was locked,then in December I got to hear that Capitec has terminated the relationship with me permanently I had funeral policies that I have been paying for since 2022,I then ask them to refund my premiums,since they are the ones who terminated the account, but they refused ...telling me I should get another policy/ies and they would give me a termination letter Their reason for termination: Money flowing in and out of my account does not align with my salary
