Capitec refusing to give me my money.

Good day, Capitec has threatened to close my account even though I have R24 000 still in my account. I have visited the branch, called and emailed them. They have not asked for any documents from my side during their investigation and will not give me my money. This has been ongoing for weeks and me doing everything right on my side.
