CAPITEC REFUSING TO ASSIST ME

I have just called the customer care centre requesting for settlement quotations for my loans and credit care as I cannot make it to the branch on time, I was blatantly told that NO!! it is not going to happen, even after I had explained to the agent I always get the branch closed, just yesterday I was at the maponya mall branch and I got there at 18:03 they were closed. All I want is to get my settlement quotations for as I need these documents by 10 am today. i work in Sandton and there are no capitec branches here. ********** 051 I need someone to call me and email me the requested documents
