Capitec refuses to update my credit profile

Its funny how Capitec Bank operates. I once took a loan and a credit facility with them. Unfortunately I lost my job and went into arrears on both accounts. My account was referred to Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys for collection. They were calling me every day. Capitec listed me as a defaulter for both accounts. I found a new job and managed to settle both accounts with their attorneys. However, its been more than three months and the accounts still reflects as unpaid and affecting me. I am unable to obtain credit and buy a house for my children. I am not sure I they are punishing me. Capitec Bank is very rotten.
