Capitec refuses to reverse payment of unsigned mandate to make payment

I got ****med by a company pretending to be my vehicle finance when I got a call from them , telling me to accept a debi check, and promised to call me right after I approve it. I never got a call from those people. They misrepresented who they are , then I get a text on WhatsApp from a company LDM commanding me to sign a mandate to make payment. I refused to do it because I have no idea what the company is all about. When I call these people they don’t answer , when I look for reviews on hello Peter , it is people who are complaining about being ****med by these people. But given all the proof to Capitec that I never agreed to this I still can’t reverse the R5490 locked debi check payment and now I am behind with my car payments. I am officially closing my Capitec account and moving to FNB. The service has been horrible. Capitec advisors even advise me to contact the company that ****med me. I don’t think the employees are educated at all. This is really unfair , because I have provided all the evidence & yet I am still being told “ we don’t know what the agreement between you two were” very bad service !!! Still trying to take it to NCR, then buro. These people are disguising & my back cannot even help me. I am immensely disappointed!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE CAPITEC
