Capitec refuses to remove a credit amount on my credit score that I paid up 2 months ago

I paid up my Capitec credit card in August, this was as a result of the bank making me pay interest fees though I owed nothing on the account.

Capitec still has not removed the amount on my Credit report. I have called the bank and asked for them to remove this OR give me a paid up letter. They refuse. I cannot go into a branch for something they can send me (I am still their client, they have my details).
