Capitec refuses to pay back money that was never issued at their atm!!!!!

I withdrew an Amount at a Capitec atm linked to a spar, I received 50% of the amount and I called them immediately after that. I laid a complaint then and there twice once at 9 I have all my call logs 10 min after that I went back to the atm and it said out of order. I took a screenshot of my call log and of the machine, they told me on my second call I should go to a branch which I did all they did was give a ref number I called them after 7 days as the branch said they would have info by then I then lodged. Complaint of lack of service they said they would call me back they received the report three days after as per convo today they did not even call me, they said that the full amount was given by the ATM and said THEY COULD HAVE TEMPERED WITH THE ATM AND ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM... I then said they should put me through to the escalations department and the consultant said there was no direct line after one of her colleagues said they only work in the week I can talk to them... she said there was no direct call I should call the complaints department I asked her to put me through to her supervisor she said they will not be able to do anything about this matter!!!! I said then put me through to complaints or your manager she refused... she had the audacity to tell me to call complaints I said put me through to them once again she said you can call them what type of service is this... a whole 400 which they refuse to pay me back barrying in mind the machine soon said out of service And I have a picture for 14 days they never followed up or even tried calling me and their Attitudes is appalling.... I am disgusted by their service!!!
