Capitec refuses to help people that lost everything in the pandemic

I called capitec a month ago. I explained that I lost my job due to the pandemic last year March 2020. Since then I haven't earned a cent and I still tried my best to pay. I asked them for a 3 month payment relief and now I get this and I will be responsible for there legal fees when I can't even buy bread. I asked for a relief just while I make a plan. And they haven't asked to help me when I've never ever ever made any problems with my payments before when I had a job. On top of that I'm 4 months pregnant and can't even afford a hospital. Ramaphosa asked you to be lenient and no body has bothered to help me when the entire world is in a crisis. Why won't you guys just help me. Why. It's not because I don't want to pay. I can't pay.
