capitec refuses to give my money

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">On the 28th of september, i made a withdrawal from a capitec atm in parow centre of R2390 but no money came out, but funds was taken from my capitec account, i went into the bank and they apparently logged an incident only to come back and say there is no error with the atm, they refuse to give back my money, that is my rent money and i am not leaving it so, i want my money, i will be taking them further if i dont get my money </span></p>
